You must:

Inform Head of the Computer Science Division about planned arrival of the guest.
Go to Secretariat (room 141) and reserve Guest room 126B for you guest.
If it is already reserved you can also use Seminar room (near Secretariat) for you guest.
Reserve Seminar room (near Secretariat) if you require a bigger room for work with your guest.
Contact with ZOT and arrange WiFi and network connection for your guest.
Send your guest the webpage with directions.
Consider inviting your guest as a speaker for our seminar.
Consider inviting your guest to the Museum of Cracow University of Technology.
After visit make a short Formal Note describing the Guest, duration of stay, and activities during the visit, and leave at Secretariat (room 141) for statistical purposes.
